2020 Zöbing Riesling Gobelsburg 60 % Cabernet SauvignonUnadulterated notes of mandarin float gently above the glass. Clear and bright on the palate with ripe citrus aromas, enhanced by light carbonation. Concentrated, yet slim and juicy. A beautiful dry Riesling, well balanced, with deep aromatic freshness. The surrounding Riesling terraces are characteristic of the town of Zbing. The minerality of the primary rock and Permian soils characterize the classic expression of the Zbing Rieslings. Zbing became
