Mandala Single-Site Wines Compass Chardonnay 2024 dolcetto-dalba The nose is rich inPristine light straw green in colour, aromas are citrus and green apple driven with a hint of minerality and complex sulphides. The palate has an attractive saline character with suggestions of white flowers, fresh linen and underlying ruby grapefruit. Highlights of spiced oak are apparent, working harmoniously alongside the primary fruit characters of the wine. A complex layering of flavours is finished with balance and poise.
