The tapered grain of the tannins almost sculpted on the palate is still firm but delicious. It is an extremely refined wine creating a palate with an amazing spherical character. In this region the vine is lost in the hills and mountains to give birth to exciting wines. Nebbiolo is the only grape variety used for Barbaresco (like Barolo by the way).
