Parish Vineyard Riesling 2025 tinta-de-toro Retaining the attractive fruit characteristicsAromas of tea rose, cumquat and ocean spray. The Parish Vineyard Riesling is defined by a long, taut spine of natural acidity, balanced by a rich palate, hint of residual sweetness and textured complexity, with flavours of a wild cottage garden chamomile, feijoa, dried lavender, juniper and grapefruit. Its hard to see past the perfect food match of freshly shucked Tasmanian oysters, although fried haloumi or fish and chips with tartar sauce pair well
