40’s Black Wide Brim Red Floral Hat by Sheila sexy fitted sweater Shoulders: 16-1/2"Marked a size 24 which is a large size. It perches atop the head and is held on my putting the wide band under your hair in back so it will fit most anyone. Hat measures 13 in diameter, brim is 4 wide and height of crown is 2. Fabric is wool felt with grosgrain ribbon band and faux flowers in velvet. Label reads Sheila the perfect hat Chicago. Good condition with wear to the ribbon hatband around the front as you can see in the photos and the elastic
