60's Leather Patchwork Purse mystere cap Vintage 80's bronze sweater1960s Leather patchwork, top handle purse. Nice larger size, doctors bag style, very structured with neutral colored patchwork. Clean interior with inside pockets. Condition: Great vintage condition. Stitching is coming up on the backside, see last 2 photos.
