Victorian/Edwardian Three Tiered Cotton Petticoat camel peak hat Size: 36 X 36An early 1900's late 1800's petticoat, slip in white cotton. It can be doubled as a prairie style skirt. it features three tiers (bottom two are lined), tucks in the skirt, eyelet at them, gathered waist, ankle length and a keyhole shell button closure.
