Sheer but lined (sheer polyesrter) in body but not sleeves. Drape y Rayon poly blend fabric. Long sleeves end in flowy flounces. Scoop neckline. No embellishments but that styling! Look at the hem. Balloon hem is gored with sheer polyester between the burnout velvet cuts. Loose and comfy! No flaws. From 2000 2001, no newer. MEASUREMENTS (it looks like it says size 0 but this is rather large!)
