There is no opening and very little stretch to this dress

The dress is lined with black silky polyester fabric on top

With red toe and cutouts showing dotes of blue

The dress has an elastic waist , loose bodice and straight skirt . Pulls over the head . The bodice has a silver sparkle design . The condition is nice . The dress was ,measured across and doubled: 34 36" bust 24 32" waist 38" hips 14" shoulders 44" length 13" sleeve
