Fabric is polyester sheer chiffon with a print of large tropical flowers, including red hibiscus. Colors are: blue, red, pink yellow, orange and green on a black background. Lined with black polyester, except for the sleeves. Dress has a V neck and pin tuck pleats on the bodice connecting to an inverted V shaped empire waist. Sweet flutter sleeves are open down the center and trimmed in black
