80’s/90’s Black Tulle Party Dress By Fredericks of Hollywood mens medium sleeves and tasselsVintage party dress in a classic 50s or 80s style. Strapless bodice with sweetheart neckline features soft tulle bust overlay which reaches up around the neck. Waist has lace overlay with large black satin bow. Full skirt with 3 layers. Inner lining is trimmed with stiff tulle. Middle layer is the dress itself and then the outer layer is soft mesh tulle. This is a comfortable dress which just happens to be ultra cute.
