The top portion is black with a honeycomb feel and look to it, with long long sleeves, and the bottom portion is a blue purple layered poof polka dot skirt. the measurements were made with the garment laying flat, bust 35" waist 30" top of the sleeve to bottom of sleeve 32" and from the top of the shoulder to bottom of hem 37. 5" .
